We’re looking for up to 20 enthusiastic temps per day to join the Graduation Team at the July Congregation Ceremony in Canterbury, its a 5 day event!

Get an insight into what your graduation will look like, work at the biggest event of the year and support this year’s graduands and help the day go as smoothly as possible for them.

What you’ll be doing:

Supporting the Graduation Team by being located at various event signpost points, to assist congregation guests with directions to the cathedral, gowning locations and other generalised questions.

Whilst the team are always available to handle any issues, we’re looking for temps who are confident, proactive, approachable, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Canterbury Cathedral and surrounding area, exact location will be allocated by the client.

Monday 21 July 2025 – 11:40am-21:15pm

Tuesday 22 July 2025 – 7.45am-21:15pm

Wednesday 23 July 2025 – 7:45am-16:15pm

Thursday 24 July 2025 – 7:45am-16:15pm

Friday 25 July 2025 – 7:45am-12:30pm

Volume of staff required: Up to 20 temps per day, but subject to change in accordance with the clients’ needs.

For staff continuity the client ideally requires everyone to be able to pick up at least a minimum of 3 more shifts during the week.

• All breaks are paid
• Lunch and refreshments are provided, tea is also available if your shift continues into the evenings ceremonies.

Age related pay - 18/20 £11.91 per hour 21+ £13.68 per hour
