Why we do it – our beliefs

We believe every student at the University of Kent should have the opportunity to try out new experiences, have fun, make new friends and be part of a community; we believe every student should have the opportunity to fulfil their potential in life, have a voice in society and make a difference. We believe that Kent Students' Union is integral to empowering students to realise this belief.

Staff and Management Structure

Kent Students' Union employs approximately 416 staff to provide services for its members. Staff are of two types: approximately 300 student staff, who work whilst completing their studies at the University of Kent and 116 career roles – professionals who have made working at Kent Students' Union part of their career.

There are currently 2 different roles available Student Activities Administrator (Sport) and Student Activities Administrator (Reception). Below you can find the specific job descriptions for these roles.
